JITECH in Mérida is seeking a Project Coordinator to support engineering and construction projects by assisting Senior Project Coordinators and Project Managers with setup, document control, and administrative tasks. You will organize files, prepare data for initiation, maintain logs, update drawings, and ensure deliveries align with client expectations.

A proactive, collaborative approach and strong organization are essential.

Qualificações

• Associate degree or higher in engineering, construction management or related field.
• 1–2 years of project support, administrative, or document control experience; entry-level welcome.
• Experience in construction, steel detailing, or engineering industries is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and organize new project files for the technical team.
• Manage project documents, track revisions, and file deliveries.
• Coordinate customer communications throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support quality management initiatives and process improvements.
• Provide additional operational support as needed.
