This role demands strong skills in interpreting structural plans, understanding US construction practices, and effective communication with clients. You will be responsible for reviewing designs, analyzing project scopes, and ensuring alignment with field operations. Formación

• 3+ years of experience in estimating, construction coordination, or related construction trades.
• Ability to independently analyze plans and understand project scope without extensive guidance.
• Familiarity with demolition sequencing and structural considerations is strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Review demolition, structural, and architectural drawings.
• Interpret complex structural plans and identify demolition sequencing.
• Communicate directly with project managers and clients to clarify project scope.

Conocimientos

Strong ability to read and interpret structural, demolition, and architectural plans

Understanding of US construction practices

Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
