Turner & Townsend is seeking a Project Coordinator to support civil and finishes activities for a major industrial manufacturing project in Monterrey. You will work with project managers, contractors, and client stakeholders to ensure safe, on-schedule, and within-budget delivery, while upholding high quality standards.

The role requires 5–7 years of construction coordination experience, proficiency in English and Spanish, and strong communication and reporting skills.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience coordinating construction projects, with a focus on civil works, architectural finishes, or industrial facilities.
• Professional proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate day-to-day civil and architectural finishes activities across the project site.
• Monitor project progress, schedules, deliverables, and contractor performance to support timely project execution.
• Review technical documentation, drawings, specifications, and construction packages to ensure alignment with project requirements.
• Collaborate with contractors, consultants, and client representatives to resolve project issues and maintain workflow continuity.
• Track project risks, change requests, action items, and key milestones, escalating issues when necessary.
• Support quality inspections and site walkthroughs to verify compliance with project standards and specifications.
• Prepare project reports, meeting minutes, progress updates, and status presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Promote safe working practices and ensure adherence to project procedures, quality requirements, and site regulations.
