Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking an Engineering Manager in the Quintana Roo region to lead the operation and maintenance of the hotel’s facilities. You will ensure optimal performance of all equipment and infrastructure across the property, while directing preventive and corrective maintenance programs and managing the department's resources.

You will collaborate with senior leadership to uphold safety, quality, and guest experience standards, driving continuous improvement and energy

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance within the luxury hospitality industry.
• Experience leading preventive and corrective maintenance operations.
• Strong knowledge of electromechanical systems, HVAC systems, swimming pools, water treatment, and hotel infrastructure.
• Experience managing contractors, budgets, inventories, and energy-saving initiatives.
• Strong leadership, communication, customer service, and teamwork skills.
• Analytical mindset with a results-oriented approach and a strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
