Job summary

GE Vernova seeks a Contract Performance Manager to act as the primary P&L lead and customer liaison for energy service and maintenance contracts. You will oversee lifecycle planning and execution of preventive and remedial maintenance, balancing onsite operations with financial accountability to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets.

Qualifications

• This position requires experience in Services & Customer Service Management.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Strong oral and written communication skills are essential.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
• Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
• Customer-facing experience is required.
• Minimum 3 years in the energy generation industry.
• Willingness to travel at least 50% of the time to customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute services and supplies contracts for the assigned customer.
• Serve as the single point of contact for timely and satisfactory resolution of concerns across the region, product, or coverage area.
• Lead P&L with accountability for financial objectives against the annual operating plan.
• Be responsible for financial results of contracts within the sold budget.
• Support Sales to identify and pursue commercial opportunities.
• Execute strategy for portfolio growth.
• Maintain operational KPIs for Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost.
• Maintain knowledge of the region, coverage area, or product lines and their configurations.
• Establish ongoing technical and business support with assigned customers in the geographic region.
• Understand how own area integrates with others and monitor competitive factors.
• Use technical experience and analysis to reach decisions.
• Explain information and build consensus within the team.
