Align Technology, Inc. is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist in Mexico City to manage end-to-end logistics, ensuring timely fulfillment of products and materials in local and international distribution.

The role focuses on customs clearance, inventory control, and process optimization, collaborating with regional teams, monitoring KPIs, and driving cost reductions while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in logistics, order management, or supply chain operations.
• Advanced English proficiency, written and spoken.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Manage order processing in ERP/MRP systems with data accuracy.
• Coordinate product fulfillment with global and regional teams.
• Navigate customs, tax, and distribution requirements in markets.
• Monitor logistics partners' performance for shipping and warehousing.
• Drive cost reductions and lead-time improvements while boosting customer satisfaction.
• Oversee inventory control and distribution management in SAP or related systems.
• Support system rollouts and go-to-market initiatives.
• Respond to customer inquiries about orders and after-sales support.
• Track order entries to ensure SLA compliance and KPIs.
• Develop and maintain process docs and dashboards.
• Participate in audits and quality management processes.
• Collaborate on training to ensure team technical competence.
• Suggest improvements to procedures and service quality.
