Hired is seeking a Logistics & Supply Chain Management Specialist to oversee end-to-end logistics operations and optimize supply chain processes for efficient delivery across regions. The role emphasizes data-driven decision making and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will have experience in logistics coordination, proficiency with SCM software and data visualization tools, and strong analytical and communication skills to navigate international shipping regulations

Formación

Experience in logistics coordination, supply chain planning, or related fields is required.
Proficiency with supply chain management software and data visualization tools is necessary.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets to drive decision-making.
Excellent communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external partners.
Familiarity with international shipping regulations and compliance standards is preferred.

Responsabilidades

Develop and implement logistics strategies to streamline transportation, warehousing, and distribution networks.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators such as on-time delivery, cost per shipment, and inventory turnover.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain activities with business objectives.
Identify and mitigate risks in the supply chain, including supplier disruptions and logistical bottlenecks.
Leverage data analytics tools to forecast demand and optimize inventory levels.
