P&G Mexico is seeking a Supply Chain Logistics Manager to lead customer supply chain initiatives, collaborate with sales and customer teams, and optimize end-to-end logistics. The role focuses on using data to improve product availability and create value for assigned customers.

You will develop agile, cost-effective logistics solutions, monitor performance, and drive improvements in service levels and inventory management while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; entry-level opportunity with no prior experience required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities applied to supply chain performance.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools and ERP/EDI concepts is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Act as Customer Supply Chain Leader for assigned customers and collaborate with internal teams.
• Identify logistics opportunities and improve product availability and cost efficiency.
• Develop and execute Joint Value Creation supply chain plans and monitor performance metrics.
• Align plans with customers and internal stakeholders for effective execution and measurable results.
• Track outcomes such as cost impact, cash flow, and service levels across the supply chain.
• Monitor CFR, DC inventory, order quality, and EDI compliance to meet business objectives.
