Job summary

Sitetracker is looking for a Business Analyst in Mexico to own end-to-end client experience for a portfolio of recurring services. You will lead day-to-day delivery, manage backlog, and translate client needs into Sitetracker configurations and Salesforce-driven practices to increase platform adoption.

In this fast-moving role, you’ll collaborate with customers to uncover opportunities, drive value, and build scalable processes while growing your consulting and account leadership capabilities

Qualifications

• Experience leading standalone engagements for recurring services.
• Ability to translate client needs into backlog items and platform configurations.
• Strong collaboration with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce concepts and Sitetracker workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day delivery for a portfolio of accounts and manage priorities.
• Run client syncs, surface decisions, remove blockers, and drive value.
• Translate business needs into backlog items and platform configurations.
• Build reusable client materials and templates to scale delivery.
• Maintain backlog health and ensure high customer satisfaction.
