As a Business Analyst with Salesforce expertise, you will partner with cross‑functional teams to design, implement, and optimize Salesforce and low‑code solutions, driving digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document business requirements for Salesforce implementations.
• Configure and customize Salesforce to meet business needs.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide data‑based reports and insights to support decision‑making.
• Oversee delivery of low‑code solutions and maintain functional documentation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with Salesforce (SalesCloud, ServiceCloud, etc.).
• Knowledge of low‑code platforms (OutSystems, Appian, Power Platform, or Mendix).
• Experience in agile environments and digital transformation projects.
• Advanced English proficiency (oral and written). Fluent English is a must.
• Availability to work under a hybrid model in Mexico City.
