Responsibilities

Calls on clients to deepen relationships and proactively address needs.
Resolve issues with clients' portfolios to enhance satisfaction.
Collaborate with senior RMs, product specialists, and experts to structure solutions.
Leverage Citi's other businesses to achieve mutual goals.
Identify cross-sell opportunities to deepen share of wallet.
Drive innovation in client solutions and partnerships.
Identify and pursue new clients aligned with Citi Commercial Bank.
Stay connected with influencers and industry partners to expand knowledge.
Ensure deals balance risk and reward, aligning incentives with client interests.
Act as first line of defense from credit risk management.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Citi policies.
