Responsibilities

• Client account management and relationship building.
• Review customer needs and asset allocation; validate understanding.
• Advise customers to enrich relationships and cross-sell products.
• Review product penetration and identify potential clients for tailored products.
• Ensure coverage of relationships through engagements, risk profiling and financial planning.
• Organize CitiGold customer events to enhance bonding.
• Acquire new CitiGold customers via referrals.
