Job summary

Flex is seeking a Production Manager at the Aguascalientes site in Mexico to lead multiple production lines in a highly technical electronics environment, ensuring operational excellence and quality while aligning with customer requirements. Reporting to Operations Director, you will drive performance across teams and manage budgets and schedules.

You will guide process development, mentor staff, and coordinate with planning, maintenance, and other functions to optimize output and costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in Electronics Industries (desirable).
• Provides technical/operational advice to project teams.
• May act as principal interface between the operation team and the maintenance function.
• Prioritizes production schedules and meets customer requirements.
• Initiates and participates in cost improvement projects.
• Maintains safe and clean work environment and ensures compliance.

• Guides department activities to support product design and process improvements.
• Forecasts operating costs and assists with budget preparation.
• Coordinates production with planning and distribution to meet demand.
