Formación

• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Bachelor-level or professional education in electrical fields.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as first point of contact for customers and Hitachi Energy service network.
• Address service requests, maintenance issues and warranty queries.
• Log and document activities related to issue resolution.
• Provide online troubleshooting support and customer training as needed.
• Assist with knowledge transfer between factory and global service network.
