Johnson Controls in Monterrey seeks a CCB Leader to guide our contract engineering team, overseeing both technical and commercial aspects of diverse projects. You will be the primary customer contact from order receipt through design to completion.

You will review specifications, drive cost‑effective designs, manage builds and testing, mentor engineers, and collaborate with Production and Development teams to meet deadlines and margins.

Formación

• Essential: Ability to plan and balance workloads to meet client and production needs.
• Essential: Proficiency in maintaining project profitability.
• Essential: Strong written communication skills for producing manuals, test schedules, and quality procedures.
• Essential: Proven leadership abilities in coaching and mentoring teams.
• Desirable: Hands-ons experience in electronics design and testing.
• Desirable: Familiarity with audio electronics equipment.
• Desirable: Project management experience.
• Desirable: Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
• Desirable: Minimum HNC level qualification in Electronics Engineering.
