Citi is seeking a Business Development Officer to attract, retain and grow SME client relationships with a high-value advisory approach. You will manage a consolidated SME portfolio and drive cross-selling across Citi products to meet sales goals.

In this role you will visit clients, assess needs, present tailored solutions and coordinate with area leaders to implement action plans that improve customer satisfaction and NPS scores.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in selling financial products.
• Knowledge of financial products, especially credit to companies, sales techniques.
• Excellent communication skills and management of objections with customers to achieve effective sales

• Grow and maintain SME client portfolio and achieve sales goals.
• Detect client needs and deepen Customer-Bank relationships.
• Provide comprehensive advisory on Citi products to SME clients.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
