Job summary

Citi in Mexico is seeking a Business Development Officer to attract, retain and grow relationships with SME clients, offering high-value advisory on segment products. You will visit clients, drive portfolio growth, cross-sell, and ensure compliance while delivering exceptional service and maintaining NPS targets.

Candidates should have experience selling financial products, knowledge of corporate credit, and strong communication skills; a bachelor’s degree is required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in selling financial products.
• Knowledge of financial products, especially credit to companies, sales techniques.
• Excellent communication skills and management of objections with customers to achieve effective sales.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals by growing portfolio and cross-selling.
• Identify client needs to deepen the bank relationship.
• Provide high-value, comprehensive advice to SME clients.
• Visit clients to discuss opportunities and develop improvement plans.
• Ensure compliance with laws, policies, and risk controls.
• Collaborate with Area Coordinator to execute action plans and achieve NPS goals.
