Citi is seeking an entry-level Service Analyst1 to support day-to-day customer service activities and ensure adherence to Citi’s policies. The role focuses on resolving client inquiries, providing ongoing support, and coordinating with the Customer Service function to deliver an exceptional client experience.

The ideal candidate will have basic experience in banking operations, familiarity with compliance procedures, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Previous relevant experience preferred
• Series 6 and 26 License
• Fundamental understanding of US and Canada regulations
• Knowledge of securities, insurance and mortgage lending laws as they apply to sales force
• Effective verbal and written communication
• Influencing and relationship management skills
• Proven ability to creatively solve problems

Responsabilités

• Assist with administration of compliance procedures and control systems
• Ensure accuracy of research and compliance advice for sales force
• Develop information regarding changes in reports and procedures
• Prepare reports for senior management on compliance status, issues and trends
• Support sales force and management by implementing recommendations
• Apply knowledge of team interactions to achieve Customer Service goals
• Meet client needs and deliver exceptional client experience
• Assess risk in business decisions and escalate control issues with transparency
• Coordinate with other units to safeguard Citi's reputation and assets
