Citi is expanding its SME relationships in Mexico City, seeking a Business Development Officer to attract, retain, and grow a portfolio with high-value guidance on segment products. You will provide comprehensive advice to SME clients and position Citi as the first option for available products.

The role emphasizes achieving cross-sell targets, client retention, and delivering exceptional service across a growing portfolio.

Formación

• Experience selling financial products incl. corporate credit and sales techniques.
• Strong knowledge of financial products and corporate credit solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to handle objections to close sales.

Responsabilidades

• Meet sales goals: portfolio growth, cross-selling, client acquisition and retention.
• Link existing clients via needs detection to deepen the Customer-Bank relationship.
• Provide high value service through comprehensive advice to SME clients.

Conocimientos

Previous experience in selling fin.产品

Knowledge of financial products

Excellent communication skills

Educación

Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
