Placements24 is seeking a Senior Commercial Executive in Mérida, Yucatán to drive growth by acquiring and nurturing key client relationships in the digital marketing space.

You will lead end-to-end sales cycles, build executive-level partnerships, and craft tailored proposals that showcase the value of SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing. The role blends in-office collaboration with remote flexibility within a dynamic agency.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in B2B sales, with focus on digital marketing or related services.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas, especially with complex digital solutions.
• Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, strategies, and analytics (SEO, SEM, social, email).
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build credibility with senior executives.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed targets for digital marketing services.
• Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients, understanding their business objectives and marketing needs.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.
• Articulate the value proposition of digital marketing services (SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing).
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop customized solutions and compelling proposals.
• Stay current with trends in digital marketing and advertising technology.
• Provide market feedback to help shape service offerings and strategies.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring satisfaction and upsell opportunities.
