WorldStrides, a global leader in educational travel, seeks a Sales Representative to connect with schools, teachers, and families to present travel programs. No prior sales experience required, but curiosity, strong communication, and emotional intelligence are essential.

This role involves outbound and inbound calls, meeting quotas, maintaining CRM records, and collaborating with a team that values trust and growth.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
• Comfortable speaking on the phone for extended periods.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with Windows basics like Excel and Word, and preferably on CRM tools as well.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Make outbound calls to prospective parents, students, or leads using provided scripts and contact lists.
• Handle inbound calls from prospective parents and students and discuss the value of the program.
• Clearly communicate the value of our programs and answer basic questions
• Maintain accurate records of calls, outcomes, and follow‑ups in CRM system
• Meet daily and monthly call quotas and sales performance targets
• Follow up with interested contacts to guide them through next steps.
