Qualifications

• 0–5 years of experience in drilling, well engineering, or oilfield operations.
• Basic understanding of well construction processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of drilling programs, well designs, and operational procedures.
• Support well planning activities, including casing design, directional drilling planning, hydraulics, cementing, and well control considerations.
• Monitor daily drilling operations and provide engineering support to rig teams and operations personnel.
• Track KPIs such as ROP, NPT, ILT, Safety metrics.
• Analyze drilling performance data and identify optimization opportunities.
• Participate in pre-spud, operational, and post-well reviews.
• Assist in risk assessments, MOC processes, and incident investigations.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including Drilling, Completions, Geology, Directional Drilling, Fluids, Cementing, and HSE.
• Prepare technical reports, presentations, and recommendations for customer meetings.
• Ensure compliance with HSE policies, well integrity standards, and local regulations.
