Job summary

Baker Hughes in Mexico invites an experienced Project Manager - Wellhead & Casing Solutions to coordinate regional activities across Mexico and the Caribbean, supporting project execution, customer delivery, and commercial operations. You will serve as the focal point for order management, logistics coordination, inventory planning, and invoicing, ensuring alignment with schedules and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management, operations, order management, logistics, or execution roles within the energy sector.
• Experience managing complex customer orders and projects from order receipt through delivery and invoicing.
• Strong understanding of supply chain management, international logistics, manufacturing operations, and commercial execution.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders and projects from receipt through execution, delivery, invoicing, and closeout.
• Own regional transactional processes, including sales order entry, inventory receipt, billing, and ERP system coordination.
• Develop and maintain project execution plans, tracking milestones, risks, schedules, and commercial deliverables.
• Coordinate equipment movements between Brazil manufacturing and Caribbean locations to support customer delivery requirements.
• Partner with logistics, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and trade compliance teams to facilitate international shipments and minimize delays.
• Monitor order status, project milestones, and risks, driving timely resolution of issues.
• Coordinate activities across manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, finance, service, engineering, and sales functions to ensure seamless execution.
• Act as the primary interface between regional commercial teams, manufacturing locations, and inventory/logistics teams.
