Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking an Integrated Solutions Well Engineer in Mexico to lead basic well design, technical requirements, and operational plans aligned with safety and cost goals. You will work with service delivery, HSE, finance, and commercial teams to advance projects from concept through closeout.

Responsibilities include preparing well designs, plans, cost estimates, and risk registers, plus coordinating with internal and external stakeholders and ensuring quality assurance through peer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Petroleum Engineering or Mechanical/Chemical Engineering with MS in Petroleum/Oil & Gas or Well Engineering.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in well construction, completions, intervention and/or optimization.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and oral.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Power BI and well engineering software such as hydraulics, torque and drag.

Responsibilities

• Prepare well design, well plan and operational procedures for construction, completion, intervention and/or abandonment.
• Define technical services and third party requirements.
• Prepare time and cost estimates and risk registers.
• Monitor progress and ensure HSE compliance and cost control.
• Collaborate with service delivery, finance, commercial and sales teams.
