AutoZone de México is seeking a Dispute Research Supervisor to manage ECA issues and high-visibility disputes, reporting to the International Cash Applications Supervisor. The role focuses on timely resolution with top customer service standards.

You will supervise, train, and develop staff, analyze KPIs, and streamline processes by documenting policies and procedures to improve efficiency. Strong accounting knowledge and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) in Accounting or equivalent.
• Strong research and analysis skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with proven dispute resolution ability.
• Knowledge of accounting practices and accounts receivable reconciliation.
• Advanced computer skills including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsabilités

• Work incoming ECA issues and high visibility disputes.
• Supervise, lead, monitor, train, and develop staff.
• Develop, analyze, and communicate KPIs for the team.
• Evaluate, approve and report performance bi-weekly and periodically.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes; develop, document, and communicate policies and procedures.
