The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or business administration with 2–3 years of related experience and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or equivalent in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.
• 2–3 years of relevant work experience.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
• Strong human relations, analytical, oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of individual vendor disputes.
• Contribute to key initiatives of the department.
• Reconcile large vendors' monthly statements.
• Assist in department-level process improvement projects.
• Analyze reporting to identify vendor noncompliance.
• Create and publish departmental metrics.
