Fairmont Mayakoba in Playa del Carmen, Mexico, seeks a visionary Director of Wellness to lead our premium wellness initiatives at a luxury resort destination. You will develop, implement, and oversee programs that elevate guests and team well-being in a refined hospitality environment.

You will lead a wellness team, manage partnerships with elite providers, monitor ROI, and ensure compliance with health standards while delivering measurable outcomes aligned with our luxury brand.

Formación

• 5+ years in wellness program management in luxury/high-end markets.
• 3+ years leadership of teams with measurable impact.
• Knowledge of fitness, nutrition, mental health best practices.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and oversee premium wellness programs aligned with luxury brand.
• Lead wellness team with development and performance guidance.
