Fairmont Mayakoba, a luxury resort in Riviera Maya, seeks a Director of Experiences to design and lead the guest experience strategy across all touchpoints, connecting guests with destination culture, nature, wellness, and gastronomy.

You will collaborate with Reservations, Front Office, Concierge, Food & Beverage, Wellness, Sales & Marketing, and other departments to ensure a seamless journey and personalized service for VIPs and guests alike.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of progressive luxury hospitality experience.
• Previous leadership experience in luxury hotels, resorts, or high-end experiential environments.
• Strong understanding of luxury guest expectations, service excellence, personalization, and experiential hospitality.
• Proven ability to conceptualize and execute innovative guest experiences.
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of financial performance.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Design and lead the guest experience strategy and journey across touchpoints.
• Develop signature experiences connected to destination, culture, wellness, gastronomy, and local heritage.
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, PR, and Revenue Management to leverage experiences as differentiators.
• Oversee budgeting, planning, and financial performance of experiences and initiatives.
• Ensure luxury standards, consistency, and cross-department coordination in guest journeys.
