Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management with growth/monetization experience.
• Proven track record scaling two-sided buyer and supplier networks.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML in enterprise workflows.
• Experience influencing senior executives in fast-moving, matrixed organizations.
• Analytical, data-driven decision making with clear metrics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with accountability.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for the Supplier Network.
• Define AI-powered capabilities: intelligent matching, risk/fraud detection, onboarding insights, autonomous workflows.
• Develop two-sided marketplace growth strategies increasing demand and supplier participation.
• Collaborate with Engineering, AI/ML, Design, Data Science, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver products from discovery to launch.
• Drive product-led growth for enterprise procurement workflows.
• Engage with customers to validate opportunities and build differentiated solutions for supplier profiles, risk management, trust and identity verification.
• Establish north-star metrics covering liquidity, activation, monetization, retention, and AI-driven outcomes.
• Monitor AI and marketplace trends to maintain differentiation and translate insights into priorities.
