Authentic Brands Group seeks a Director, FP&A - LATAM based in Mexico City to lead financial planning and analysis for fashion, lifestyle, sports and entertainment brands across Latin America. You will partner with regional leadership, own the LATAM revenue forecast and budget, and help build a high-performing FP&A team.

You will report to the global FP&A organization and work with brand teams, licensing partners and corporate finance.

Responsibilities

Director, FP&A - LATAM to lead financial planning and analysis for fashion, lifestyle, sports and entertainment brands across Latin America.
Based in Mexico City, serve as the finance partner to regional leadership, own the LATAM revenue forecast and budget, and build the FP&A team.
Report into the global FP&A organization and work closely with regional business leaders, brand teams, licensing partners and corporate finance.
Leadership & Team Development: serve as the primary finance partner to LATAM and regional business unit leaders.
Forecasting, Budgeting & Reporting: own the annual budget, rolling forecasts and long-range plan for LATAM; lead monthly/quarterly close and variance analysis.
Business & Strategic Analysis: build projections by brand, country and channel; identify new revenue opportunities; support M&A diligence.
FP&A Operations & Controls: oversee LATAM licensee revenue database; ensure contract terms are reflected in models; strengthen data integrity and dashboards.
