Job summary

Authentic Brands Group seeks a Director, FP&A – LATAM based in Mexico City to lead financial planning and analysis for its fashion, lifestyle, sports and entertainment brands across Latin America. You will partner with regional leadership, own the LATAM forecast and budget, and build the FP&A team.

You will report to the global FP&A organization and collaborate with brand teams, licensing partners and corporate finance to drive performance, optimize capital allocation, and deliver insightful

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, or accounting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; MBA/CPA/CFA preferred.
• Experience supporting multi-country LATAM business; licensing/retail/entertainment preferred.
• Fluency in English and Spanish; Portuguese a plus.
• Strong Excel/PowerPoint, with Tableau or Power Query experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A for LATAM, acting as regional finance partner to leadership.
• Own LATAM revenue forecast, budget, and long-range plan by brand and country.
• Manage monthly/quarterly close and variance analysis with narratives.
• Develop projections and scenario analyses to inform investments.
• Oversee licensee revenue data, contracts, and multi-currency considerations.
