Directive Consulting is a leading B2B performance marketing agency delivering real revenue. This remote-first role sits in our Finance team, owning the month-end close end-to-end and driving FP&A insights for leadership.

You’ll manage multi-country revenue, build forecasts, and support pricing and capacity planning. 7+ years of accounting/FP&A experience, GAAP knowledge, and strong modeling skills are required.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years in accounting and/or FP&A, ideally in professional services, agencies, or SaaS.
• Strong month-end close ownership under GAAP for service businesses.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets modeling (SUMIFS, lookups, driver-based).

Aufgaben

• Own the close calendar, revenue recognition, accruals, reconciliations, and controls.
• Manage revenue streams, including multi-country compliance and collections.
• Maintain monthly P&Ls and track gross margin/EBITDA performance.
