Job summary

Confidential Fintech in Mexico City is seeking a Marketing Director to lead the overall marketing strategy, brand development, and growth initiatives for the Mexico market.

The role reports to the Board, oversees integrated campaigns across digital, PR, and partnerships, and collaborates with product and regional teams to ensure alignment with global objectives. Excellent English skills are mandatory for this senior leadership position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Economics, or related field.
• Mexican national.
• 8–10 years of progressive marketing experience with senior leadership responsibilities.
• Proven experience leading integrated marketing strategies, brand development, and commercial growth initiatives.
• Professional English proficiency is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the Mexico marketing strategy, brand plan, and growth roadmap.
• Oversee integrated campaigns across digital marketing, brand management, social, PR, partnerships and performance marketing.
• Identify market opportunities, consumer trends, and competitive insights to support expansion and acquisition.
• Build, lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing organization while establishing KPIs.
• Manage relationships with agencies, media, PR firms, and strategic partners.
• Monitor marketing performance, budgets, and ROI to maximize impact.
• Collaborate with executive leadership, product, operations, and regional teams to align with global strategies.
• Ensure all marketing activities comply with financial advertising regulations.
