The role requires strong leadership, 8–10 years in senior marketing, FinTech familiarity, and excellent English. On-site position based in Ciudad de México, reporting to senior leadership.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Admin, Communications, Economics or related field.
• Mexican national.
• 8–10 years of progressive marketing experience including senior leadership or director level roles.
• Proven experience leading integrated marketing strategies, brand development and growth initiatives.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional team management with external agency partners.
• FinTech/Digital lending experience or high-growth consumer tech is preferred.
• Fluent English required.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy, brand positioning, and growth roadmap for the Mexico market.
• Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital marketing, brand, social media, influencers, PR, partnerships and performance marketing.
• Identify market opportunities, consumer trends, and competitive insights to support expansion and acquisition.
• Build, lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing organization with clear KPIs.
• Manage relationships with advertising agencies, media partners, PR firms, vendors and partners.
• Monitor marketing performance, budgets, ROI, and campaign effectiveness to maximize impact.
• Collaborate with executive leadership, product, operations, and regional marketing teams to align with global strategies.
• Ensure all marketing activities comply with financial advertising regulations and industry standards.
