Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• 10 years of progressive HR experience with at least 5 years in senior leadership.
• Strong knowledge across talent management, compensation & benefits, employee relations and labor law.
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in Spanish; English desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee HR strategies aligned with company goals.
• Lead and mentor the HR team and drive organizational change.
• Oversee talent acquisition, performance management, learning & development, and succession planning.
• Design and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs.
• Manage employee relations with fair, compliant approaches.
• Drive organizational development, culture, and employee engagement.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

• Manage HR budget and resources efficiently.
