Placements24 seeks a visionary Director of Talent and Organizational Development for a leading hospitality group in Acapulco, Guerrero. This senior leader will shape talent acquisition, development, performance, and organizational effectiveness across the business.

Ideal candidate has 10+ years in HR with 5+ in senior leadership focused on talent and OD, plus experience in change management and building a positive culture aligned with business goals.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in HR Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role focused on talent and organizational development.
• Proven experience designing and implementing talent management and OD programs.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and compensation/benefits.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to drive organizational change and foster a positive culture.
• Hospitality/service industry experience desirable.
• Familiarity with HRIS and HR analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive talent management strategy including acquisition, development, retention and succession planning.
• Oversee organizational development including change management, employee engagement, and culture building.
• Design and implement effective performance management systems and career development programs.
• Lead the talent acquisition function to attract high-caliber candidates.
• Develop and deliver leadership training and development programs.
• Foster a diverse and inclusive work environment with equal opportunities.
• Partner with senior leadership to identify organizational needs and align HR strategies.
• Manage HR operations including compensation, benefits, ER, and HRIS.
• Stay abreast of HR best practices, employment laws, and industry trends.
• Champion employee well-being and build a strong employer brand.
