About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and visionary Director(a) de Recursos Humanos Estratégicos to lead their Human Resources function in Acapulco, Guerrero, MX . This is a critical leadership position responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that align with the company's overarching business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of all facets of Human Resources, including talent management, organizational development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and compliance. This role demands a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership skills and a proven ability to drive organizational change and employee engagement in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive HR strategies that support the company's mission and goals.
• Lead and mentor the HR team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or directorial role.
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives.
• Expertise in all core HR functions, including talent management, compensation, benefits, employee relations, and labor law.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with HRIS and other HR technologies.
• Ability to operate effectively in a demanding, on-site environment.
• Fluency in Spanish is essential; English proficiency is highly desirable.
• Commitment to residing in or commuting to Acapulco, Guerrero, MX.
