Daimler Truck in Mexico City seeks a Direct Ship Supply Chain Specialist to support Aftermarket sales and manage Direct Ship orders, driving improvements for dealer service.

You will track orders, provide ship dates, resolve issues, and coordinate with Inside Sales, District Parts Managers and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and high CX.

Fluent English and Spanish (C1) with strong MS Office and SAP experience are preferred; Business Admin or Supply Chain background is a plus.

Formación

• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word and OneNote.
• Must speak fluent English; Spanish at C1 level is required.
• Academic background in Business Admin or Supply Chain is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Direct Ship parts sales support and manage order tracking and ship dates.
• Drive process improvements, including systems and customer service.
• Serve as Direct Ship APC owner handling order cancellations and inquiries.
• Support internal partners (DTNA Inside Sales, District Parts Managers) and vendor inboxes.
