Daimler Truck North America LLC is seeking an Inside Sales Operations Specialist to support Direct Ship orders and dealer network service. You will drive process improvements, provide order tracking, and manage the Direct Ship APC and vendor inbox to ensure timely processing and accurate information.

Ideal candidates have strong Excel/SAP proficiency, fluent English and Spanish, and a background in Business Administration or Supply Chain.

Responsabilidades

• Direct Ship APC ticket escalation and customer service, including ETA and tracking.
• Primary owner for Vendor Inbox; coordinate with third party vendors for timely processing.
• Weekly order exception reports to address POs and related issues.
• Monitor supplier performance and lead escalation meetings with corrective actions.
