Daimler Truck AG in Mexico seeks a Direct Ship Support Specialist to back aftermarket sales and deliver high-quality customer service to our Dealer network. You will own Direct Ship APC tickets, provide order tracking, ETA estimates and handle cancellations, while coordinating with DTNA Inside Sales and District Parts Managers.

Key tasks include processing Direct Ship orders, generating weekly exception reports, and improving processes and systems to raise CX.

Formación

• Proficient in MS Office; SAP knowledge; fluent English.
• Fluent in English; Spanish at C1 level.
• Strong communication, decision making and problem solving.

Responsabilidades

• Provide parts sales support for Direct Ship orders.
• Drive continuous improvement of processes, systems and customer service.
• Primary owner for Direct Ship APC tickets: tracking, ETA, cancellations.
• Weekly order exception reports for Direct Ship issues.
• Manage Direct Ship vendor inbox and resolve supplier issues.
• Support internal partners, including DTNA Inside Sales and District Parts Managers.
