Azelis Americas is seeking a Direct Ship Coordinator to manage the flow from Customer Order to Purchase Order, ensuring timely fulfillment and accurate invoicing upon delivery. You will process orders in the Direct Ship workspace in D365, coordinate with Principles, Sales, CSR and TSR teams, and escalate issues to preserve on-time delivery and correct pricing while maintaining detailed documentation.

This role requires strong communication and data integrity, with the ability to troubleshoot

Formación

• Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365) and order processing workflows.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple internal teams to ensure accurate order capture and delivery.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills to resolve disputes and delays.

Responsabilidades

• Process Direct Ship orders in the D365 workspace for assigned principles.
• Manage purchase orders and relay delivery dates to CSR/TSR teams.
• Expedite receiving of goods when urgency exists and keep stakeholders updated.
