Azelis Group in Chihuahua seeks a Direct Ship Coordinator to oversee the flow from Customer Order to Purchase Order, ensuring timely fulfillment and clear communication of disruptions throughout the Customer Service and Commercial teams.

The role requires collaboration with Sales, CSR/TSR, and Principals to update orders, manage invoicing upon delivery, and continuously improve Direct Ship processes for higher service levels and accuracy.

Formación

• Experience in order processing or logistics coordination.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., D365).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Process Direct Ship orders and manage related POs in the ERP.
• Coordinate with Principals, Sales, and CSR/TSR to confirm delivery dates.
• Assist in tracking and expediting orders to meet delivery timelines.
• Support invoicing and billing by providing required data and COAs.
