Citi is seeking a Digital Software Engineer Manager (Mexico City) to lead and mentor software teams across digital platforms. The role focuses on technical leadership, software architecture, and delivery of scalable digital solutions for banking applications.

You will guide cross-functional teams, set development standards, and drive architectural decisions while ensuring quality, reliability, and performance of critical digital services in a regulated financial environment.

Formación

5+ years of relevant experience in Apps Development or senior level in Enterprise Architecture.
Expertise across cloud platforms (AWS, PCF, Akamai) and broader tech patterns.
Lead resources and act as SME; architect and drive broader adoption.
Experience in automation of code quality, performance, CI/CD processes.

Responsabilidades

Support and assist senior software engineer managers in coordinating projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of digital software solutions.
Plan and execute software development processes including gathering requirements, coding, testing, deployment.
Prioritize and assign tasks to team members to meet timelines.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
