Capital One seeks a Senior Director of Software Engineering in Mexico City to lead a large engineering organization focused on high-quality software delivery and AWS-based cloud-native architectures. You will translate executive vision into execution strategy and mentor engineering leaders across teams, architecture, and product.

Based in Mexico City, you will drive governance, risk management, and standardization, while pushing innovative tooling, automation, and cloud adoption.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Extensive experience in data and software engineering.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and inspire a team of software engineers (50-70) and drive cloud-native delivery on AWS.
• Collaborate with senior Technology and Business Executives to translate vision into execution strategy.
• Recruit and hire top engineering talent and mentor the engineering community.
