Citi is seeking an Architecture Lead Analyst to shape the technology strategy across digital platforms. You will oversee complex IT architecture projects, translate business needs into scalable solutions, and mentor junior engineers.

You will collaborate with development, security, and operations teams, drive adherence to standards (CMS, microservices, cloud), and stay current with tech trends to guide the bank’s digital architecture.

Formación

• Bachelor degree or higher in a related field; masters preferred.
• Experience with CMS migrations (e.g. OpenText/Adobe Experience Manager).
• Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, .NET, Python, PHP and modern web frameworks.

Responsabilidades

• Executes architectural vision for IT systems and ensures alignment with enterprise blueprints.
• Develops technology road maps and evaluates emerging technologies for business impact.
• Provides technical leadership and designs components of overall systems.
• Translates complex business problems into sound technical solutions.
• Applies software and hardware design principles to product interfaces and platforms.
• Ensures security, scalability and availability of the site and systems.
• Guides development teams and collaborates with business stakeholders.
• Mentors junior team members and influences decisions through communication.
