Job summary

DEUNA is seeking a DevOps Engineer - Data Platform to strengthen our cloud infra, automation, and observability. You will collaborate with Data Engineering to build scalable AWS infrastructure, deploy IaC, and ensure reliability across Snowflake and MongoDB Atlas.

The role emphasizes security, cost optimization, and multi-region resilience, with a proactive automation mindset and strong cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

3–6+ years in DevOps, Cloud, or Platform Engineering.
Strong AWS networking and security fundamentals.
Experience with Snowflake and MongoDB Atlas.
Proficient in IaC with Terraform and AWS CDK.

Responsibilities

Design, manage, and optimize AWS cloud infrastructure for DevOps and Data Engineering workloads.
Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and AWS CDK; automate provisioning and deployments.
Improve observability: Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, Tempo, and OpenTelemetry.
Support and optimize data platforms (Snowflake, MongoDB Atlas) for connectivity, performance, security, and cost efficiency.
Drive cost optimization, reliability, and disaster recovery across AWS and data platforms.
