AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a DevOps Engineer to build and run cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and observability for Data and AI teams in a PCI-compliant environment. You will manage Kubernetes clusters, implement secure pipelines, and drive reliability across multiple time zones.

The role emphasizes independence, collaboration with engineers and product partners, and a strong focus on security, scaling, and on-call readiness. Remote/office flexibility is provided.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional DevOps, SRE, or platform-engineering experience operating production services.
• 3+ years building CI/CD pipelines and managing infrastructure as code.
• Experience with Kubernetes and container tooling.
• Strong scripting in Python, Bash, or Go; solid SQL; cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve CI/CD pipelines for Data & AI workloads.
• Design infrastructure as code across AWS/Azure/GCP with Terraform / Pulumi / CloudFormation.
• Operate Kubernetes clusters and container workloads with Helm, ArgoCD, Flux.
• Build observability with Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, ELK, or Datadog.
• Implement security and PCI/compliance controls across platforms.
• Lead incident response, blameless post-mortems, and reliability improvements.
