You will lead a diverse team in a remote destination, partner with local authorities and owners, and uphold Four Seasons standards of elegance, privacy, and service. Fluent Spanish is essential.

Formación

• Extensive resort operations experience, preferably in remote destinations.
• Fluency in Spanish mandatory; knowledge of Mexico a plus.
• Strong financial management, budgeting, and cost control.
• Proven leadership of large hospitality teams across multiple functions.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee overall resort operations to deliver Four Seasons service standards.
• Lead F&B strategy and guest dining experiences across venues.
• Drive financial performance including budgeting, forecasting and cost discipline.
• Develop and mentor a diverse team while maintaining safety and quality.
