Job summary

Essity Higiene y Salud México, S.A. de C.V. is seeking a Lead Process Engineer to drive safe, efficient, and sustainable manufacturing performance. You will lead the department, optimize processes, and ensure compliance with Safety, Quality and Manufacturing Excellence standards.

Responsibilities include managing budgets, monitoring KPIs, supporting CAPEX projects, and coaching teams to achieve objectives while maintaining payroll and people management within the department.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electromechanical, Automation & Control, Robotics, Mechatronics, Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in Process Engineering, Production Engineering or similar manufacturing roles.
• Experience in process design, optimization, automation and control.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, CAD/CAM and problem-solving methodologies.
