Essity seeks a Department Leader to drive safe, efficient and sustainable manufacturing performance in Ecatepec de Morelos. You will lead a team to optimize processes, ensure safety and quality standards, and deliver continuous improvements while managing budgets and resources.

The role demands strong leadership, expertise in Lean/Six Sigma, and hands-on experience with process design and automation. English communication is required, and you will mentor staff to meet performance goals.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a related Engineering field.
• 5+ years of experience in Process Engineering, Production Engineering or similar manufacturing roles.
• Experience in process design, optimization, automation and control.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, CAD/CAM and problem-solving methodologies.
• Language: Conversational English is required.
• Strong leadership, teamwork and analytical skills.
